Deletion?
Procedural nomination (per Iwearafeznow's edit summary). I do agree that if minor characters don't have articles, characters appearing only in the text of PDAs certainly shouldn't have articles.

- Redirect. Add a mention about him in Minor characters in Doom 3 and redirect to it, or just redirect to Minor characters in Doom 3#George Krietman.
