Damage rate

with the edit summary (Three times faster? I don't think so).
Chaingun: 525.0 bullets/minute × 10 hp/bullet = 5250 hp/minute.
Plasma gun: 700.0 cells/minute × 22.5 hp/cell = 15750 hp/minute.
