I don't think this article needs to be deleted... YET. But it does need to prove that this bug does exist. Somehow; I don't care. It needs a citation! 64.221.210.35 20:44, 8 December 2008 (UTC)

I'm relatively sure that solid decorations are actually supposed to block projectiles (the only reason why they don't "usually" do this is that their height is only 16 units, which means shots often pass over them). These type of decorations block the movement of other things (monsters, players, etc.), so why shouldn't they block moving projectiles as well? Delete. -- Janizdreg 14:46, 10 June 2008 (UTC)

Oh, and by the way, candles and other non-solid decorations DO NOT block projectiles, unlike the article claims (though I'm guessing the original author actually meant torches, not candles). -- Janizdreg 15:05, 10 June 2008 (UTC)

Well, perhaps this is a valid map design bug (maybe a "disputed" one). Recently when beta testing one of Gusta's Plutonia 2 levels some adjustments had to be made to an area as some decorations made it unpredictably hard to shoot at some monsters. When decorations do block attacks, the effect is somewhat unexpected; it's not always easy to tell when the blocking will occur because of the difference between the physical height and the sprite height. I'd keep it, but it does need some improvement. Who is like God? 22:46, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
