:One of these demos should show the bug in action.  (An original demo for our article is on my to-do list.  :>    Obviously, a "smoking function point" from the sources would pretty much close the case, though I myself seem not to know enough C to pinpoint such things.   Ryan W 05:43, 26 Sep 2005 (UTC)

:: Ah yes I see. Much simpler than I thought - I can reproduce this easily (although I can't record a demo in prboom for some reason :P). I have a pretty good idea on the code responsible, too. I shall look at this tonight :) -- Jdowland 09:06, 27 Sep 2005 (UTC)

::: I'm pretty sure I've pointed this out already, but here is a demo of uac_dead being played all the way through in Doom 1.9.  For Registered Doom it seems to work fine. Fraggle

not sure about this bug. I'll re-read the source code but I think there might be a mistake? At least, if you kill them at exactly the same time (via crusher for example) it doesn't happen on prboom 2.2.6. Some info on the doom version, frequency of happening, how close their deaths must be, etc. would help. -- Jdowland 14:33, 25 Sep 2005 (UTC)

One of these demos should show the bug in action.  (An original demo for our article is on my to-do list.  :>    Obviously, a "smoking function point" from the sources would pretty much close the case, though I myself seem not to know enough C to pinpoint such things.   Ryan W 05:43, 26 Sep 2005 (UTC)
