The level names are all listed a coming from Biblical passages, but what about "Thy Flesh Consumed"?  Is that Biblical also, or just made to sound that way?

== Plot information ==
The plot section on this page seems to contradict itself.  It starts with a passage borrowed from the Ultimate Doom article, but then gives a (frankly, dubious-sounding) plot summary that completely contradicts that passage.  I am not an expert, but I have a suspicion that most of this information is unsubstantiated speculation and imagination on the part of the author.
