The City of the Damned: Apocalypse is a single-level PWAD for Doom II using the GZDoom source port. It was designed by Daniel Gimmer (Tormentor667) and uses the music track " ". It is the sequel to The City of the Damned.

The City of the Damned: Apocalypse was featured in Doomworld's Top 100 Most Memorable Maps, placing 58th, and is also included in the Top 25 Missed Cacowards.

Secrets

  1. Enter the hospital and take the third door on your right. Go through the vent and into the next hallway, then turn south and take the door on the left. Head to the southeast corner behind the curtains to collect two napalm bombs. (sector 1299)
  2. Enter Pickman's after getting the spider key and get to the second level. At the top, look at the two bookshelves on the left side near the stairs. Use the right one to reveal a large medikit. (sector 3302)
  3. Head through the alley between Steiner Laboratory and Brain Storage. At the turn, there is a recessed wall to the north. Open it to find four shotgun shells and anaconda bullet rounds. (sector 3305)
  4. At Cougar & Dare's Pandemonium Shadow Show, enter the middle building and then go around. When you emerge, head to the southwest and go across the platforms to the platform with the Hourglass of Dimensions. To the side, carefully go along the wall until you reach the small and large medikits. (sector 3306)
  5. Outside at the northwest corner of the church, you can find a small medikit and anaconda bullet rounds. (sector 3307)
  6. Behind the Pickman's building that requires the spider key is a storage area where you can find four shotgun shells and a large medikit. (sector 3321)
  7. Enter Brain Storage and shoot the vent inside. Go through the shaft to get outside where there are several supplies. (sector 3367)
