The Realm of Parthoris is an episode one replacement for Heretic, created in 2015 by the Doomworld community, led by Jeff King (Egregor). It requires a limit-removing port that also features Heretic support to play. Development began on January 27, 2015, with the aim of creating a full Heretic megawad, but due to a lack of interest from mappers, the project was scaled down to a single episode. It was uploaded to the /idgames archive on 26 November, 2015.

In 2023, The Realm of Parthoris was included in Doomworld's Doot Eternal music feature for Doom's 30th anniversary.
