Ultimate MIDI Pack is a music pack for Doom and Ultimate Doom. The community project was led by continuum.mid, with the first release candidate released on June 22, 2021, and the final version released on July 5, 2021.[1] A separate WAD file for Thy Flesh Consumed episode is also included, along with a WAD file that replaces tracks that get duplicates (such as Demons on the Prey).

The story behind the project is that continuum.mid was initially working on a Thy Flesh Consumed MIDI pack, but then he decided to start this community project instead after discussing it with others on Doomworld forums,[2] in the same vein as Doomkid's .MID the Way id Did.
