WAD maplist/songlist tables

32in24-8 was quite awkward and I felt it would be easiest to present via a table, and I quite liked the result. Various other scenarios to be tested here.

Speedrunning

The PrBoom -complevel for this map is 2/3/4/9/11.

Remove rows for categories if they can never be done for that map or are redundant: e.g. NM100S when there's no secrets, or everything except UV speed when there's no secrets and monsters.

Template:dmmaptabs

Testing something like Template:Maptabs for deathmatch map articles, where you could toggle between an unmarked map and one with player spawns marked. Perhaps an expansion to significant items too.
