Thank you for your constructive edits. Still, I need to disagree with this one. I wonder if there was a misunderstanding with the descriptions of the songs in question. Intermission music is played during the result screens between levels, while the victory music is heard in the text interludes.

I listened to the songs in Plutonia 2 and then compared them with the corresponding MIDI entries (Certain DOOM --> D_JA_CER ; Wasteland --> D_JP_WAS), and it seems that the songs in the article are connected to wrong events after the swap.
