Yeah, they are two different people. That's the bad thing about having the same internet handle as someone else; it makes things confusing. Fatal NDCP != Tommie Quick?

I have to question your edits attributing NDCP1/2 maps by 'Fatal' to Tommie Quick, not because I have knowledge about them myself, but because Eris Falling expressly distinguished them as two separate designers.
