DSDA links
Hi, it's not that I don't appreciate your efforts, but the DSDA updates are already being done mostly botwise. If you really wanna do nearly 5000 edits manually, fine, I'll sit back and wait a few weeks. ;-) Otherwise, be patient for the bot runs to be completed, then we can mop up any stragglers. --Xymph (talk) 12:43, 20 November 2020 (CST)
- Oh, I did not notice the bot activity. Understood. Diabolución (talk) 12:46, 20 November 2020 (CST)
- Phew, because approving all your edits would have been more time-consuming, too. :) --Xymph (talk) 12:52, 20 November 2020 (CST)
- A win-win situation, then. Diabolución (talk) 13:26, 20 November 2020 (CST)

Townsend
Hi, if Townsend's first name was originally spelled Justin by accident, wouldn't that be better fixed everywhere, rather than create an alias/redirect? Or if intentional, what was the source for naming him Justin instead of Jay? The OMD review also uses Jay. --Xymph (talk) 11:14, 30 November 2020 (CST)
- I think that was intentional, as he was supposed to provide his name via e-mail when submitting the level. These were my sources, at any rate:

Donut
Thanks for fixing the redirect. Me did EMODF but the #anchor part of the redirect requires javashit (me uses lynx). Perhaps mediawiki should be fixed to issue a 302... 185.64.40.23 20:25, 5 February 2021 (CST)
- If I may: 302s have been discussed for years but not yet approved or rejected [1]. If approved, I suspect redirects would be banned on this site as an SEO risk. I definitely agree about JS, no MediaWiki function should ever require it unconditionally [2]. But Lynx is not a supported app, so even after the fix, you'd have to test again and possibly write the PHP patch yourself if you desired prompt action. :7 HTH.
