New wad box layout[edit]

Good idea; I wasn't satisfied with how it looked here. (It originated from a template made on the ZDoom wiki by CutmanMike if you're wondering). As a suggestion, I like the look achieved this way:

{| {{prettytable|style=float: right; margin-top: 0px; margin-left: 1.5em; max-width: 324px;}}
! colspan="2" style="font-size: 110%; text-align: center; background-color: #cedff2;" | ''Harmony''
|-
| colspan="2" style="padding: 2px; border: 0; margin: 0; text-align: center;" | [[File:Harmony title.png|320px|frameless|center]]

Changed are the max width (to be just 4 pixels over the size of the image), the image (set to 320px), and the caption (removed as useless: if they're all going to be the title screen then there's no way need to say it's the title screen every time). That said I haven't checked how it'd look on mobile. --Gez (talk) 08:25, 19 March 2017 (CDT)

Really like the Gez variant of layout 1. However, I had used the infobox approach in layout 2 for a similar thing for people articles, if they actually go ahead I wonder if it would be better to use this WAD info box layout instead. --Eris Falling (talk) 09:51, 19 March 2017 (CDT)

Formatting tangent[edit]

Hi Xymph.  In the future, would you consider substing the "current" version of the object you are about to change, so that after mass edits begin, we can still compare before-and-after in the sandbox?  That would be informative IMO.    Ryan W (usually gone) 13:54, 25 March 2017 (CDT)

Took me a minute or two to understand what you meant and why (I'm not familiar with the term 'tangent' in this context), but sure - good point. And applied retro-actively. :) --Xymph (talk) 14:29, 25 March 2017 (CDT)
