Changes

The Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil expansion pack contains all of Doom 3's weapons except the [[Soul Cube]] and the [[Chainsaw (Doom 3)|Chainsaw]], but introduces a version of the [[gravity gun]] called the [[Grabber]], and includes the [[Super Double barrel shotgun (Doom 3)|super double barrel shotgun]] (as in [[Doom II]]). It also introduces [[The Artifact|an artifact]] somewhat like the Soul Cube.

Doom II RPG includes weapons that are present in the lieu vein of Doom 3's (and its expansion pack, ''Resurrection of Evil'') style of weaponry, along with some of them that are redesigned or completely new. This includes the [[Chainsaw (Doom 3)|chainsaw]], [[Machine Gungun|assault rifle]], scoped assault rifle, [[Super Double barrel shotgun (Doom 3)|super double barrel shotgun]], [[Chaingun (Doom 3)|chaingun]], [[Plasma gun (Doom 3)|plasma gun]], [[BFG9000 (Doom 3)|BFG]], and the [[Soul Cube|soul cube]]. The game introduces the holy water pistol, sentry bots (that either shoot or explode, with green being weaker and red being stronger), as well as toilets and sinks which can be picked up and thrown by the player character.
