For the Windows 3.1 port by Microsoft, see WinDoom (Microsoft)

WinDoom is a Windows source port created by Bruce A. Lewis, who later abandoned the project to work on glDoom. Dean Wiley then continued development up to version 2.001. The port's main features include:

  • Scoring based on monsters killed and items found
  • TCP/IP networking
  • High resolutions
  • No framerate limit
