WinHexen is a Win32 source port for Hexen made by Michaël Ryssen (Kokak). It was first released on May 24, 1999, with the final release on May 30 of the same year. WinHexen was later used as a base for Kokak's GLHexen port.

- Uses Windows GDI for graphics rendering.
- Uses MIDAS library for sound processing.
- Supports screen resolutions up to 800x600 fullscreen.
- Works only with HEXEN.EXE v1.1.
