WinTex
WinTex is a GUI-based WAD editing tool for Windows 3.1x created by Olivier Montanuy. In its initial versions it was a graphical shell for DeuTex. Later versions added additional functionality, including support for Heretic, Hexen, and Strife PWADs; and limited support for GRP files from Duke Nukem 3D and Quake PAK files. WinTex is a 16-bit program written in Visual Basic.
