Abysm: Dawn of Innocence is a total conversion PK3 created by Donnel Enriquez (Jazzmaster9) and released in December 2018. Containing 17 levels in a hub-based world, the project is themed around epic and dark fantasy and is set in the kingdom of Astrea under attack by the forces of Hell, and is inspired by videogames such as Diablo II, Dark Souls and Strife. It includes new enemies, weapons, NPC's, a map hub, and a brand new RPG system for leveling up, inventory management, and player stats attributes. The mod also includes a completely original soundtrack composed by John Weekley (PRIMEVAL).
A sequel, Abysm 2: Infernal Contract, was released in 2020.
