After Doom is an eight-map PK3 for Doom II using the Zandronum and GZDoom source ports that was released on June 14, 2015. It was developed mostly by 00_Zombie_00 and the latest version was released on May 27, 2025.

After Doom attempts to tell the story of what happens to Doomguy between each episode of Doom, after defeating the Icon of Sin in Doom II, and after defeating the Mother Demon in Doom 64. The maps are large, non-linear, and possess more of a darker tone, similar to the PlayStation port of Doom.

After Doom received an honorable mention at the 2025 Cacowards.
