Alpha Labs is the seventh level of Doom Resurrection and is part of the Alpha Labs location. The player re-establishes contact with Dr. Garrett immediately, who has survived the attack earlier - he states that when the tram was brought online, all of the doors in EnPro suddenly unlocked, leaving him vulnerable and pinned down. He dismisses the idea of the player rescuing him and instead instructs them to proceed to the exit and escape with as much information as possible. When he learns of the damage Sam took earlier in Hell, he is distressed and asks the marine to repair her if at all possible, as she is critical to holding the information. The BFG is first found here, given to the player by an unnamed survivor who repairs Sam. This level has a par time of 19:00.

Around half-way through the level the marine will meet an unnamed survivor in a room full of supply cabinets. He is able to repair Sam using the materials available in the room. Sam will momentarily seem to be damaged even further by the repair attempt, but it turns out she only had to reboot and is back to optimal condition. The survivor unlocks some of the supply cabinets for the marine and gives him the BFG. However, a commando then barges through the open door, shooting some explosives in the room and killing the survivor.

Another arch-vile serves as the level's boss. This arch-vile can summon machine gun Z-Secs, but cover is immediately available from both the Z-Secs and the arch-vile's flame attacks by simply ducking down at any time.
