Bill Neisius

Bill Neisius is a programmer who created several utilities that were widely used in the early days of Doom modding. His DOOM-Lite utility is actually the very first PWAD uploaded to the /idgames archive. He also created several mods for Wolfenstein 3D. Bill left the Doom community in the mid-1990s.
