Black Shadow Software was the development team for the mod Twilight Warrior. It consisted of the following people:
- Stephen Browning (Scuba Steve)
- Ziggy Gnarly
- Sidearm Joe
- Kurt Kesler
- Justin Madigan
- Mike Mitchell
- Joe Zona
Part of the team would later create Covert Operations for the EDGE source port, as an enhanced remake of Twilight Warrior.
