Blastem is a single-level PWAD for Doom that was released in June 1994. It was designed by Russell J. Lauzon and uses a MIDI rendition of the Terminator main theme as its music track.

This WAD features a single built-in demo, DEMO1, by the author. It requires Doom v1.2 to be viewed and runs for 4:29.86 (9445 tics), showing off the level on Ultra-Violence.
