By the Pain I See In Others is a single-level PWAD for Doom II that was designed by Patrik Höglund (Grul). It was released on May 9, 2004. The map is set in a sewage processing facility sitting atop a mountain range.

Secrets[edit]
- Head south from the start and behind a column to get an energy cell. (sector 575)
- Open the first door and use the slimy wall to the northwest to find a box of ammo. (sector 377)
- At the two switches near the blue key, press the left switch, then quickly fall into the nukage to the south, head around the blue key platform, run south, drop down, and head east to get a megaarmor and a medikit before it rises. (sector 380)
- Open a blue door to a small room with a switch, which opens the door to the large lift to the south. Flip the switch on that lift to lower the lift. As it lowers, jump south to the column to get a computer area map. (sector 294)
