Cacowards 2012

The 19th Annual Cacowards, also referred to as Cacowards 2012, was the ninth annual Cacowards feature, released by Doomworld on December 25, 2012. It was written by Xaser, Alfonzo, and kmxexii.
This edition included five runners-up and a special What the Pope?! mention. Stephen Browning (Scuba Steve) made a guest appearance to reinstate the Mockaward. The navigation column saw the introduction of the long mod listing filed under "What Are We Waiting For?". Publication was delayed because Ryan Nematollahi (hobbs), assumed to be returning as main writer, went missing without ever indicating that he would not create the article. The community selected a team of replacements via discussion on the Doomworld forums.
