The 2022 Cacowards is the nineteenth annual Cacowards feature, released by Doomworld on December 10, 2022. It was written by Andrew Stine (Linguica), Boris Klimeš (dew), Demon of the Well, rd, Stephen Browning (Scuba Steve), Kinsie, Omniarch, Dynamo, Drew DeVore (stx-Vile) and Terminus, with a guest contribution by Gus Knezevich (Alfonzo). There were 10 main winners and runners-up, and 22 honorable mentions.
