Do you have any idea why Jānis Legzdiņš is mentioned twice on this category? Janizdreg 00:20, 26 May 2006 (UTC)

Preferred format of links to WADs?[edit]

Looking through the articles for some people, their released WADs are listed with links to the idgames archive via this template, but without providing a way to link to a wiki article for that level. Using Enjay's article as an example, all of the levels link directly to idgames with no links to any potential articles for the levels here on the wiki (there is one for Operation Overlord, albeit a stub). I'm thinking of going through them all and changing them to a format like the one used in Agent_Spork's article, which also has the advantage of a timescale. It's probable that not every WAD released by any given person is worthy of an article, so it better to have redlinks for these? Or is it preferable to leave less "significant" (for lack of a better word) releases unlinked? - DooMAD 18:33, 13 October 2011 (UTC)

My idea would be something like for Spork, Christopher Lutz or Simon Judd (SlayeR) articles: timeline, wikilinks, and idgames link, in a clean and predictable fashion. Red links do not matter too much. If someone is notable enough to have an article, then they're notable enough to have their work linked. --Gez 19:28, 13 October 2011 (UTC)
I agree with Gez. In my opinion the timeline-based structure with both wikilinks and idgames links is logical, easy to read and handy for quick downloads. Whereas the main biography paragraphs should probably stick to wikilinks only to avoid being cluttered. -- Janizdreg 00:07, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

3rd person view[edit]

I have a youtube video doom in 3rd person https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=spOhr-bjT38

Keyword overload strikes again.  This should probably be discussed here.    Ryan W 21:10, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
