DNA05: Tenebris Silva is the fifth map of Declared New Apocalypse. It was designed by Kan3 and uses the music track "Malignant," originally composed by Aubrey Hodges for PSX Final Doom. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 10:00.

Walkthrough

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets

1. Enter the lava behind the start and get the invisibility shield. (sector 18)
2. At the southwest end of the first big cave, climb the rocks and open a wall to the west. Follow the trail northwest to head outside, then head west and drop off to a rock with health bonuses, armor bonuses, a backpack, and boxes of rockets. (sector 32)
3. In the first big cave, get to the switch at the south end and press on the backside switch. This creates a bridge to the megaarmor in the middle. (thing 65)
4. In the second valley, go through the second slimefall to the south to find a computer area map. (sector 131)
5. At the west side of the second valley, go to the large slimefall and swim up. When you get to the top, you can get boxes of rockets and armor bonuses. (sector 158)
6. At the end of Secret #5, jump northeast to a tablet where you can get a relic. (sector 237)
7. Open the gate to the woods path and head straight north through brown vines. You will find armor bonuses and a berserk pack. (sector 1874)
8. On the large tree trunk that separates the woods path from the north area, look west and shoot the eye switch. This will lower a soul sphere in the north area. (thing 33)
9. In the yellow key building, climb the ladder to the attic. Shoot the north wall and head outside. Jump north to the other awning and enter the building from here to get an Unholy Bible. (linedefs 17125 and 17126 via "secret trigger" thing 795)
