Daerik

Daerik (also known as honk) is a speedrunner who, as of December 2024, submitted over 70 demos to the Doom Speed Demo Archive. In particular, he has completed D2ALL UV max runs of multiple notable mapsets. At the Cacowards 2020, he was named a promising newcomer for his speedrunning achievements.

- Ancient Aliens in 4 hours; the run was later declassified as a D2ALL due to missing a kill on MAP18.
- Going Down in 1 hour and 52 minutes.
- Stardate 20X6 in 1 hour and 55 minutes.
- Sunlust in 4 hours and 23 minutes.
- Valiant in 4 hours and 11 minutes.
He also completed a similar run for Paradise in 1 hour and 10 minutes,[1] however, this was done live with no demo file and thus is not hosted on the Doom Speed Demo Archive.
