Death Tormention (Pe4m_all.wad) is an episode replacement for The Ultimate Doom, released on January 7, 1999 by Paul Corfiatis, who also composed the soundtrack. This WAD replaces all nine levels of Thy Flesh Consumed. It received a sequel in the same year, Death Tormention II.
In 2019 Death Tormention: The Complete Trilogy was released, which contains the levels from Death Tormention in E2Mx slots, although most were tuned up and renamed.
