Death Tormention II (pe4_dt2.wad) is an episode replacement for The Ultimate Doom designed by Paul Corfiatis, Kristian Aro (Nebula) and Chris Harbin, released on November 21, 1999. It is a sequel to Death Tormention and has its own sequel - Death Tormention 3. Aside from replacing all nine levels of Thy Flesh Consumed, this WAD also changes the secret levels from the other three episodes as a bonus.
In 2019 Death Tormention: The Complete Trilogy was released, which contains the levels from Death Tormention II in E3Mx slots (some were tuned up). The bonus secret levels were cut though.
