Demons of Problematique is a five-level PK3 for Doom II and the ZDoom source port by Dennis Meuwissen (Exl). It was released on July 16, 2007, and was named a runner-up in the 2007 Cacowards at Doomworld. It was followed by a sequel, Demons of Problematique 2, which won a Cacoward two years later.

Custom monsters[edit]
The WAD includes DECORATE lumps defining variants of existing monsters with no new sprites:
- SaiberDeemun
- A mini cyberdemon with a meagre 40 hit points.
- Lost ghoul
- A translucent lost soul with the same 100 hit points.
- Stone bruiser
- An enlarged baron of Hell with a massive 20,000 hit points.
