Doom 2 in Spain Only (D2ISOv2.wad) is a 32-map, mostly vanilla-compatible megawad created primarily by Richard Frei (Tarnsman). The other mappers were Brayden Hart (AD_79), Gus Knezevich (Alfonzo), Justin Kelly (Breezeep), Sarah Mancuso (esselfortium), and James Paddock (Jimmy); AD_79, Alfonzo, and Jimmy also contributed a few bespoke MIDIs. The project's name is a parody of the Doom 2 In Name Only megawad. It was uploaded to the idgames archive on May 16, 2021, and updated on September 10, 2021. It won a Cacoward that year.

The megawad is a spin-off of the Doom the Way id Did series. It purports to be a bootleg Spanish-language version of Doom II developed by a fictitious Chinese company (Trustworthy Software Co.), incorporating word-for-word Google Translate translations of map names, HUD messages, and menu graphics. Instead of using their usual screen names, the mappers signed the WAD using pseudonyms spoofing the names of some Doom-era id Software employees.[1]

Although most of the WAD is vanilla-compatible, MAP30 triggers a visplane overflow and requires a limit-removing port to complete. The readme file accompanying the WAD identifies this as a deliberate feature.
