Doom 404 is a 32-map megawad for Doom II created by Adam Windsor (Capellan) and released in September 2018. It was a runner-up at the Cacowards that year.
The theme of the WAD is comical, with numerous computer-related puns. The title is one such pun, and it also refers to Windsor's use of at most 404 linedefs per map, resulting in a collection of small maps.
