Doom Anomaly is a single-level PWAD for Doom that was designed by Lee Dixon in August 1994.

It was intended as the first level in a The Shores of Hell replacement, but no further levels materialised.

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Other points of interest[edit]

  1. Part-way down the first staircase (on the larger step) is a secret door to the south leading to an imp, a stimpack, and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 79)
  2. The path leading to the red door has a secret door to the west (marked with a misaligned texture) leading to a berserk. (sector 180)
  3. Pressing the switch on the chaingun platform opens up five traps with monsters. Entering the north-eastern one opens up access to a teleporter leading into one of the cacodemon cages. (sector 27)
  4. After taking the teleporter behind #3, go through three doors (marked with switch textures) to reach four boxes of bullets and a medikit. (sector 10)
