Doom Anomaly is a single-level PWAD for Doom that was designed by Lee Dixon in August 1994.

It was intended as the first level in a The Shores of Hell replacement, but no further levels materialised.

Secrets[edit]

  1. Part-way down the first staircase (on the larger step) is a secret door to the south leading to an imp, a stimpack, and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 79)
  2. The path leading to the red door has a secret door to the west (marked with a misaligned texture) leading to a berserk. (sector 180)
  3. Pressing the switch on the chaingun platform opens up five traps with monsters. Entering the north-eastern one opens up access to a teleporter leading into one of the cacodemon cages. (sector 27)
  4. After taking the teleporter behind #3, go through three doors (marked with switch textures) to reach four boxes of bullets and a medikit. (sector 10)
