Doom Builder PSX is a level editor for the PlayStation version of Doom, built off of GZDoom Builder-Bugfix fork and created by Erick Vásquez García (Erick194). The first build to be released to the public was on June 1, 2021, with the latest build being released on February 18, 2025.

The editor adds support for the following Doom Builder configurations:
- Doom: PSXDoom (PSXDoom format)
- Doom: PSXDoom (Master edition)
- Doom: PSXDoom (PSYDoom extensions)
