Dreamblood is an eight-level PWAD for Doom 64, created by HeadshotTAS. It is part of a planned 64-level megawad for the game, with Episode 1, containing 8 maps, being first released on May 30, 2023. Dreamblood features varying level themes, heavy use of macro scripting, and a custom soundtrack provided by Proxy-MIDI, Immorpher, and Mikko Uusitalo (NewHouse).

Dreamblood was named one of the winners at the 2023 Cacowards.
