E1M1 (fun.wad) is the first map of Kickin. It was designed by Cobb Ervin.

Secrets[edit]

  1. In the starting area, head to the northeast corner past the nukage river where two barrels and a medikit are. Open the east wall to find some monsters guarding an invulnerability. The south wall can be opened, revealing a cacodemon and a radiation suit. (sector 135)
  2. In the gray room with the triangular platforms in the middle, get to the southwest side and open the south wall there. Climb the steps and use the switch next to the next set of steps, then drop down and enter the alcove to the east where a cyberdemon comes from. Use the switch here, then return to the previous switch and climb the nearby steps. Jump south to the hole which has partial invisibility, boxes of shotgun shells, a box of rockets, an energy cell pack, and a chainsaw. (sector 50)
  3. In Secret #2, open the southeast wall and drop down to a large area with a box of ammo, an energy cell pack, a box of shotgun shells, a backpack, a light amplification visor, medikits, and a BFG9000. (sector 210)
  4. Head east from Secret #3 into a dark hallway containing stimpacks and boxes of shotgun shells. (sector 212)
  5. Keep going past Secret #4 to find a long hall with medikits and boxes of shotgun shells. (sector 140)
