E1M3 is the third and final map of Orpheus' Descent Into Hell. It was designed by Shane.

Secrets[edit]

  1. The maze containing the blue key has a secret door in its northern part (near a barrel) which opens on shooting leading to a box of shotgun shells, a medikit, and an imp. (sector 62)
  2. The south-west of the maze containing the blue key has a secret door to the west (marked with a different texture) leading to a box of shotgun shells, a medikit, and an imp. There is also a chaingun in multiplayer. (sector 66)
  3. Opening the door to the blue key also opens up a trap with some demons in the room before the maze. This area has a secret door to the west (marked with grey sections of wall) leading to a backpack. (sector 73)
  4. Just before the exit is a secret door to the south leading to 1-5 shotgun guys, a chaingun (multiplayer only), and a red key. (sector 110)
  5. After going through the red door you will teleport to a small room with a secret door on the east wall (marked with a satyr) leading to a plasma rifle. (sector 120)
  6. After going through the teleporter behind the red door, head through the door to a room with several monsters. There is a secret door on the north wall which opens on shooting to reveal a light amplification visor and a BFG9000. (sector 39)

Secret exit: Heading towards secret #6 (above) closes a door to the east of this room which re-opens after 30 seconds, revealing the secret exit switch.
