E1M4: Command Control is the fourth level of Knee-Deep in the Dead in Doom for Super NES. It is based on the original E1M4: Command Control, with modifications to adapt the map to the console's limitations. The authors of the original map are Tom Hall, Sandy Petersen and John Romero, and it uses an S-SMP arrangement of the music track "Kitchen Ace (And Taking Names)".

Blocking, mid-textured, two-sided linedefs were removed around the nukage pit where the yellow key is found and were replaced with blocking sectors. This is the only geometric change to the level.
