E1M4: Forested Mountain is the fourth map in episode Last Resort of The Joy of Mapping 4: Summer School. It was designed by Dalvi Dandy and uses the music track "Calypso Facto," originally composed by Lee Jackson for Duke Nukem 3D. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 1:15.

- Head north from the large tree to find a few more trees. Head close to the caves and enter the nearest tree to find a blur artifact. (sector 155)
- Head west from Secret #1 and use the switch. Head back south past the big tree and into the south cave. Go east into the temple to get a soul sphere. (sector 177)
