E1M4 is the fourth map of ASDoom. It was designed by Andy Sheppard. It contains a secret exit to E1M9 (ASDoom), which on completion returns the player to this level. The text file of this wad confirms that this is intentional.

Secrets[edit]
- Go into the room east of the start. The southernmost wall of this room is a secret door leading to a room with a medikit, a box of bullets, a box of shotgun shells, a box of rockets, and an energy cell pack. (sector 9)
- The room with the teleporter partly surrounded by silver bars has a secret door in its south-east corner by the backpack. This leads to a corridor. On the right shortly after the door is a secret door leading to a room with an energy cell pack and five demons (three on easy and medium skills). (sector 20)
- After getting #2, continue along the corridor, up a lift and through two doors (the second of which requires the red key), to reach an armor. Approaching the armor causes a section of floor behind to lower, allowing access to a room with a teleporter to a room with the blue key, as well as a soul sphere and a megaarmor. (sector 205)
Secret exit: After getting the blue key from #3, go through the blue door located near the red key and take the teleporter to a platform in the central area. A wall will lower, revealing some cacodemons. Go through the teleporter on the platform to access this area, which contains the secret exit.
