E1M5: Phobos Lab is the fifth level of Knee-Deep in the Dead in Doom for Super NES. It is based on the original E1M5: Phobos Lab, with modifications to adapt the map to the console's limitations. The author of the original map is John Romero and it uses an S-SMP arrangement of the music track "Suspense" by Robert Prince.
