E1M5: Subsystem Complex is the fifth map of the first episode of PhobosDeimos Anomaly. It was designed by Callum Guy Oliver (phobosdeimos1) and uses the music track "".

Walkthrough[edit]
Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Secrets[edit]
- Open the southwest corner at the start to find a chaingun and a box of ammo. (sector 43)
- Open the wall east of the yellow key to find a berserk pack. (sector 75)
- Use the lift switch at the start and get on the lift. Press on the west wall to reveal a rocket launcher. Behind the rocket launcher, you will find a plasma gun and a soul sphere. (sector 87)
- At the northernmost end of the map, open the wall with the no entry symbol to find a box of shotgun shells, a megaarmor, and a box of ammo. (sector 108)
- Open the yellow door and head south to a curvy hallway. When you reach a hall that has three alcoves above you, press on the west wall that is misaligned to find a switch. Flipping it lowers the alcoves, with one of them having a berserk pack inside. (sector 196)
