E1M8: Central Core is the eighth and final map of Arrokoth. It was designed by Chris Kendell (Somniac) and uses the music track "Sign of Evil" by Robert Prince.

Secrets[edit]
- In the east room, on ground floor, head to the east side and flip the switch to the north. This opens an alcove to the west which has a soul sphere. (sector 294)
- In Secret #1, use the computer to open another alcove containing a BFG9000. (sector 244)
