Walkthrough[edit]
Essentials[edit]
You begin at the south end of the hub. Run north through the blood pool to reach the other side and kill any waiting imps and demons, then press the skull switch that appears next to the metal bars to open two monster closets at the south-west and south-east corners of the hub. Kill the barons of Hell that are waiting in both corners to lower the bars, collect the berserk pack behind them then go through the doorways on either side of the hallway to find steps leading down to a button.
Pressing the button will lower the bars on either side of it and allow you to enter the northern courtyard but proceed with caution - a cyberdemon will teleport in, which can be killed using the rocket launcher that lowers in the middle of the courtyard. Step on the metal light at the north end of the courtyard to raise a switch, which is indicated by a large arrow, then flip it to open the pentagram door at the north end of the hub. Go back up the steps and enter the star teleporter that was hidden behind the pentagram, then walk forward to descend into a death exit that will end the episode.
