E1M9: Orbit Control Station is the ninth map of The Classic Episode, Part 2. It was designed by Jan Van der Veken and uses the music track "The End of DOOM".

Other points of interest[edit]


  1. On the right of the red key, open a wall for the partial invisibility. (sector 95)
  2. Once you grabbed the red key, it opens a wall near the red key door. Wear the radsuit. (sector 310)
  3. Then follow the new path, use the switch that raises a catwalk. Grab the rocket launcher then the backpack. (sector 201)
  4. Near the northern teleporter, open a wall for a box of rockets, the computer map and a medikit. Use the switch to go outside where two boxes of rockets, bonuses and the armor lie. (sector 241)
  5. When you grab the blue key, the door behind the start opens with the chainsaw and two stimpacks. (sector 284)
  6. After the blue key door, a switch lowers a lift and opens a door for the soulsphere you could see from the first room. (sector 51)
