E2M14: Norepinephrine is the fourteenth map in the Anomaly Reborn episode of The Joy of Mapping 6: Joy Eternal. It was designed by James Caldwell (Obsidian) and Sparks, and uses the music track "Suspense," originally composed by Robert Prince for Doom. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 8:00.

- At the invisible spiral staircase, climb down until you can enter a corridor to the west. Do so and head south, lowering the wall to access a lift to a berserk pack. (sector 200)
- At the northwest end, head to the bridge and go under it to get a soul sphere. (sector 419)
