E2M3 is the third map of the second episode of Base Ganymede. It was designed by Adam Woodmansey (Khorus) and uses the E1M5 music theme from Doom the Way id Did's optional soundtrack, composed by Mr. Freeze.

Secrets[edit]
- In the middle of the map, you can use the lift on the right side to go up, then jump into the nukage pit in the center, where you can reach the island with some ammo and a medikit. (sector 83)
- Go through the bloodstained wall at the start for a radiation suit. (sector 107)
