Essentials[edit]

Open the door to face a few zombies, then continue west through another door to enter a corridor with a blood pool. Go through the right-hand door at the south end to activate a lift with one or two shotgun guys on it, ride the lift down then continue west through another door to reach a nukage pool. Enter the nukage and run west past one or more imps and shotgun guys, then follow the passage south and east to a room with two staircases and climb to the top of either one (lost souls will be waiting beneath them on Ultra-Violence (UV) and Nightmare (NM) skill levels) to reach a door. Go through the door and enter the alcove in the next room to open a wall behind you, press the lion switch behind it then continue east across a bridge and open the door at the end to find a plasma gun. Open the eastern wooden wall and activate the lift behind it, kill any imps and zombies waiting at the top, then climb the steps at the north end of the room to see a wall lower in front of you.

Step through the wall and kill some waiting zombies, then press the lion switch at the north end of the passage to lower the walls on either side and reveal zombies (plus demons and a baron of Hell on UV and NM). Press another lion switch on the east wall to reveal the exit switch at the north end of the room; when you approach it, you will be teleported back to the starting area. Go back to the blood pool to see that the north wall has lowered, revealing an octagonal room with a few zombies, then go round to the north side of the room and walk into the metal wall between the red torches to open it. Open the UAC wall ahead and step past it, then wait for it to close and flip the switch on it to open another hallway going north. Follow the hallway to a crate room, then press the tan crate in the north-west corner to find a supercharge in a dark alcove. Open the back wall of the alcove followed by the north-west wall, head up some steps then open the north wall at the top and follow the passage to the very end. Open the dark wall at the end of the passage and carefully walk along a narrow ledge to reach the exit teleporter.
